I'm still practising this one, but it's one of my favourite guitar pieces ever, so I wanted to do a cover of it. Remember adding &fmt=18 to end of video will give better quality.
This is my rendition of 'Walking in the Air' from Raymond Briggs 'The Snowman' if you don't know the animated short film, check my favourites it's there. We used to watch this on TV every christmas as kids :)
I just play around with this song one day out of memory so ya it's far from accurate ;)
My take (so far - long way from perfect yet) on the great Tommy Emmanuel's beautiful song Angelina. Sounds and looks easy when Tommy play it - it's not.
If you don't know Tommy's music check him out, he's awesome and a huge inspiration to me to keep practising :)
playing this Billy Joel song sort of like TE arranged it. Never heard the original tune, but the TE version stuck on my mind I keep playing it :)
And no - that wasn't my choice of drapes...
Bought an acoustic, its a Dean ak-48, very cheap, great value for money though, I'll get the Martin later at some point hopefully :)
Playing around with different tunings and came up with this theme, inspired by Don Ross' stuff. This is a very early and unpolished version of this song, I will post a better recording later at some point :)
Playing around with (my version of) this song a summer day and I turn the AC30 up a bit more :)
Remember you can append &fmt=18 to any video URL to get lot higher quality.
Eh well its titled that cause yesterday I built a fishman underbridge pickup into my Martin D-1, and so I'm sitting around here late late playing around with new sounds, this is a theme I came up with 1minute earlier as I dropped the bottom E down to B.
I love the natural sound from this guitar but now theres a whole new range of sounds I can get out of it :D
This is just me on a morning just improvising, was playing around with new cam and hooked guitar up at same time so making the clip available for friends here, nothing particular :)
